This Training Course was the one out of totally two that E.O. Sharp Minds had to implement inside the frame of the first year of Accreditation in Youth Sector. Followed the exact strategic plan which has been submitted by the Organization and approved by the Greek National Agency, the project which has implemented during 24 March – 07 April of 2022 was a Training Course for 40 Youth Workers, Students, Teachers and people who work with Youngsters, on the topic of Human Rights.
The participants had the chance to acquire a vast theoretical base on Human Rights Education and experienced a series of workshops, simulations, team building activities, drama sessions, brainstorming and discussions. The Training Course ended to be a fruitful cooperation between the Organizers and the Participants with lots of nice times.
This training course created a safe Space where young people from different countries can live and work together to gain knowledge, improve skills and change attitudes and behaviors. By training to through non-formal education trainers, youth workers in and volunteers regarding human rights, this project has the aim of promoting all the good practices and knowledge for an equal European society.
How Was The Group Preparation Process?
All participating countries provided a presentation regarding human rights in their countries. The presentation which prepared from each team’s participants and presented in a 15 minute session, took place in the determined days of the project. Sharp Minds provided a ready template as well as the categories to work on for participants to focus on specifics in their research.
Educational organization, sharp lines provides the space for new ideas to flourish leaders from each country and young people themselves will be developing the program and executing all the activities. Throughout the project, a polite and participatory attitude was highly encouraged, therefore all participants selected participants possessed the willingness to explore and learn. The educational project included various methods of learning. Additionally, the meat and dairy consumption is encouraged to be reduced due to European guidelines for combating climate crisis.
Each group appointed a person that will be responsible for organizing the recycling procedure and coordinating the rest of the participants, collecting any glass, plastic or metal material. The project had a high awareness and sensitivity about the environmental concerns and this consolidates their delicacy for environment.

Athens is one of the most exciting in the vibrant capitals of Europe, a the magnet to young people. Thanks to many universities placed in Athens, and its rapid economic development, Greek capital has become one of the high international destinations for the Erasmus+ student community.

After many years and many projects, this original fellowship, has decided to be transformed in an NGO/NPO, focused on modern issues and problems of our common European Society. Inclusion and Participation for all is our strong "moto" which follows us in our projects. Many youngsters around Greece, had the opportunity, by trusting the experience of E.O. SHARP MINDS, to travel around Europe, to meet new friends and the most important to experience the magic of the Erasmus+ educational programs.
At the same time, the Organization also works as a Greek Hosting Organization in Erasmus+/VET projects and has established many cooperation around Europe through its KA2 Programs of Strategic Partnership.
